Yeah, when i was 10 i had to catch the school bus home which was always pact and always took two hours to get home. Anyway one day at school i was late getting out of cl and had to run to the bus stop to catch my bus other wise it was a three hour wait till the next one so i didn't have time to go to the loo first. I was standing at the bus stop busting real bad and couldn't wait till i could get on the buss so i could sit down as this always helped me to hold it in. When the bus came it was packed and and i had to stand up. Any way i couldn't hold on any longer and lost control peeing myself in front of everyone and i was wearing a short sports skirt so you could see the pee going down my legs! and that was just half an hour into the bus trip home. I had to stand there in front of everybody for the next one and a half hours smelling of wee. Omg that was the worst and most embarring day of my life! :)

Question about my dog and her?

separation anxiety problem, i put her in her kennel yesterday with her chewing toy and blanket and tv on. i walked around the block and wen i came back i heard her a few houses away she sounded like she was getting hit by a car. i spoke with my neighbor lady and asked her if she acted like this before and she said yes! and i had the door and windows down yesterday due to it being cold outside. she must have been really loud in the summer with the windows up. i apologized and told her that i would be working with my dog on the anxiety wen we leave. this isn't the only anxiety problem that i see with roxy she whines and goe,s back and forth to the windows of the backseat of my car she walks all over the kids in the back seat i take a Spray bottle of water which she hates to get misted on her, shes been thu puppy training cles wen she was 5 months old shes 11 months right now we got her wen she was 3 months old someone found her and couldn't keep her so we took her in shes pit bull mixed with something else but the vets said that she probably is 90% pit shes a hand full she was bullheaded about potty training chewed both mine and my husbands inside our car interior we cant leave her in our house are our backyard alone because she chewed are back screen apart our back house siding and anytime we leave our door she screams and acts like a ban-gee! and wen she plays on the slides with mine and other children she has to go down it first are she will thow a screaming fit it sounds like shes getting hit by a car everyone turns to look and if the kids start to run around a tree or something she screams because the child is a head of her and if shes pickel in the middle with children thowing her toy to one another she freaks out and makes this god for saking crying whining sound i watch dog whisper cezar and he runs across some dogs with similier problems and he touches the dog and it stops well i cant drive and do that at the same time so i get the spray bottle on her but i dont really do it! it kinda snap her out of that frenzy mode that shes in wen i metion spray bottle to her, and i asked other people about the anxiety problem who has dogs and they said that roxy would grow out of it this is the first female dog i ever had and the only one with anxiety issus.i know that this is a behavior problem that has to be address does anyone know of any good books are sites with helping a dog cope with anxiety so i can help her and yes i have asked trainers in my arear of my home but i dont find them in dog training books,it has correcting chewing barking potty training and others but no sloveing anxiety. help please , thanks

Well I'd say you have IBS . Eating then the urgency to go the rest room is a pretty clic symptom, anxiety and depression can have major effects on your digestive system as well. I don't know how "normal" your bowel movements are but without your trips to the restroom resulting in anything you could be constipated which is also a symptom of IBS as well as diarrhea. Something as simple as adding a fiber suppliment to your diet could help.

Help finding the title or author of an old science fiction book?

I have been looking for a science fiction book that I once saw when I was younger, but I don't know the title or author. All I remember was the cover art, which had lots of blues and which showed a very large spaceship crashed on an icy planet, with lots of people around it. The book was rather long, I'd say about 400-600 pages, and seemed like it was published in the 60s or 70s, maybe in the 80s. Is my ground beef still good?

The meat is fine. The part you cut was most likely brown when you put it in the freezer. We grind meat daily at my shop and by the end of the day anything we ground in the morning is turned that brown color on the inside, and bright red outside. It's just the way it happens.. don't' be concerned. Now if the meat is closer to a greener shade, that's when you throw it out. Also, if you're still not sure, defrost it and smell it. If it smells a bit sour, toss it. But it should still smell like regular ground meat :)

In my dreams when im being haunted why do i go in slow motion?

In my dreams whenever im being haunted or see something that freaks me out i all ways end up reacting to it in slow motion and my actions are really clumsy. For example in one dream i am sitting down at a table with my family and i turn to the corridor and see a really tall girl in a night dress with long hair and she is just standing there. I then picked up a gl to throw at her (don't ask why) but i suddenly went in slow motion and ended up stumbling and throwing it straight at the floor. Wow we have a lot in common. I litteraly just ordered The Forest of Hands and Teeth and just finish The Hunger Games, which by the way was AMAZING. It is one of the best books I have ever read and I have read a lot of books. If you like apocalyptic stories read The Road. It is extremely sad but soo soo good. Another apocalyptic one is Swan Song. I havent read it yet but I heard that it is wonderful. Another book is a Handmaids Tale. Really graphic and sad but wonderful. I would look them up on Amazon for the synopsis'. Get The Hunger Games because it is soo good. You will not regret it but be prepared to cry :)

That's a really good idea....why don;t you do it in the style of a live doentary...have yourself encountering problems as you try to fund raise...action rather than words...you'll have to fake the situations probably...but that wont matter if you do it with conviction. Cut the material the same shape as the picture just bigger about 1/2 inch extra for seam since your hand sewing it. i would cut a super long strip that will be the sides and the bottom, and the strap of your purse, making the seam at the bottom of the bag. Freshwater aquarium Nitrate and Nitrite levels are HIGH!?

I have had this aquarium for about 3 months now. i change 75% of the water once to twice a month, and the filter once a month. each time i change the water i stir up the gravel as i get rid of the water, then i use a net to get most of the remaining debris out of the water before adding clean water (which i use conditioner for). i have about 20 gallons of water (in a 50 gallon tank) with two small slider turtles and a beta fish (they get along fine). i have a 20 gallon under water (not gravel) filter (tetra whisper) and a heating element (tube type, tetra also). I have gravel, four plastic decorative plants, and a basking dock. up until the last water change (a few days ago) all water tests were always fine. now my nitrate and nitrite levels are dangerously high, but the ammonia level is normal, says no stress. i recently added the thermometer to the aquarium. so could it be temp related? or what?

if she's been out of work because of an injury, it's going to take much longer to get her fit because you don't want to rush and injure her again. i work around a model of an 8 week fittening programme which you can change to suit your horse - ie whether they stopped working because of injury or not, how long they've been out of work, if they're fat, etc. seeing as your pony has been injured and it overweight i would say she won't be ready to compete in march. ask your vet for a suitable fittening programme that won't aggravate her injury or her joints due to her being overweight.

There's a little hard bump on my horses shoulder... Its really small... like the size of a skittle... or smaller. Is that normal? I've been looking for a good book to read, you know, one that I can't put down. I've been to library and picked up various authors and titles and when I start reading them I'm just not gripped from the start and they start to really annoy me after about halfway through. I love Marian Keyes and Sophie Kinsella along with Dan Brown. What home remedies to cure severe sinus congestion?

It seems like I have tried everything. I keep sinus congestion all the time. Suffer from sinus migranes. It gets way worse when I get a sinus infection. I can hardly breath at all through my nose. At the moment the only thing that really gives me some relief is doing a saline nasal wash with some drops of peroxide. (another something I found.) After doing that, I use an OTC nose spray, which I know is not good to use. Then take a behind the counter decongestant. This is good for a couple of hours. I want to be able to breath clearly, majority of the time and if I have to use anything I would like for it to be all natural. I've been to an ENT and I've had better luck talking to a brick wall. Total waste of time and money. I've tried other natural nose sprays. Oregeno, another one with capisin, just regular saline wash. None worked. If anything, made me feel more congested. Hot showers help a little. I've tried a apple cider vinegar, honey, w/ water tea. Didn't work. Tea Tree oil in nasal wash. Didn't work. I'm grasping at straws here and desperate. I'm just about willing to try anything. I've been working on my posture hoping that might help. Trying to cut out sugar in my diet. Does anyone have any other suggestions?
