Is My diet Okay??please help, could be contributing to my fatigue?
Your diet sounds healthy for one day, but remember that variety and lifestyle play a huge role. It also looks like you eat a lot of carbohydrates. Cereals, breads, pastas...that stuff builds up pretty quick and it takes a lot of exercise to really burn it all up. I would continue having the cereal, because it really is a great way to start the day, but you might want to consider something different for lunch and dinner. The stir fry and veggies are good, though. And hey, maybe it is a genetic thing. Some people are build bigger than others, so don't get too obsessed over your diet.
