Bush did not create the current economic problems, the housing crisis did, and the housing crisis was caused by Democrats trying to make every poor person and minority in America a homeowner whether they could afford to be one or not. You also should consider 6 of the eight years Bush and Republicans were in charge the economy was very good, it wasn't until a year after the Democrats took over congress in 2006 that things really started to go sour.
