Healthcare: Is Japan really having a bad day compared to ours?

they are and im afraid it will eventually get that way over here, especially with the talk of free healthcare for everyone. i'm afraid that i wont be able to get help for myself or my child in an medical emergency situation with all the immagrants over here and recieving free healthcare.
