1991 plymouth acclaim turn signal relay.?

Check your bulbs , a bad bulb on the non flashing side is your problem. Replace the bulb. Go to the library and get a Haynes manual for your model . If replacing the bulb does not work , check your fuse box and / or replace your signal flash relay.
