Hmmmm, possibly not read previous ?'s to understNd.?

Ok, if u look at my previous questions you'll notice I've had these painful bumps on my , there r 3 in a lttl cluster had white heads on them but I was able to squeeze firm white stuff out of it. Now it's been almost a week and they seem to be healing, I mean they aren't as painful as they were when I first discovered them. Could this mean I can rule out as the cause of all this? Need opinions.
