Who is the most unfunny cast member of SNL, current or alumni?

I could not stand Jimmy Fallon, he was always laughing in the middle of the skit and ruining it. I love the family guy when they make fun of him and Peter punches him. He also ruined Weekend Update because he just read off of the teleprompter and sounded like he never rehearsed and didn't know how to read very good.
