Anyway that aside, you have round ligaments on either side of your abdomen. During my first pregnancy these stretched and it HURT, a lot. And it happened during my second trimester about the same as you. Go ahead and call your OB in the morning and make an appointment to be checked thoroughly. Rest this evening and take in a lot of fluids. Get off your feet and rest. If the pains get too severe tonight take yourself to the hospital! Oh and another suggestion, get a Bellybra. It helps so much with lifting your belly and is very comfy!
