So for breakfast around 8am, I had like 4 slices of yam with tomato and chicken stew and some chicken as well. I've had like 3 fruits in between that time and now. It's not 6pm and I'm starting to feel hungry. Is it too late to eat like some fried rice loaded with vegetables and some prawns with a piece of chicken and some fried plantains? Will that be more than 1500 calories?
