When does Hershey Park parking & ticket booths open?

All right, I'm heading to Hershey Park this summer, and I know that the park itself opens at 10:00 am. I'm sure that the parking lot and ticket office would be open before the park does. Does anyone know what time either (or both) the parking lot and ticket booths would be open?
