Could this be pregnancy?

Im on bc so i dont usually get my periods when i do they are very light. but i am on another prescription that makes my bc not as effective. I have been having weird cravings like i feel like i need something but i cant put my finger on what it is. at the moment im eating limabeans and drinkin oj lol anyways the main thing im concerned about is this THICK white/clear discharge. its not chunky or anything but its thick and theres a lot of it. my mom said i could be ovulating but im sure ive ovulated before now and ive never had this much. what would that be from? also i have this horrid cramp in my side/lower abdomen sort of like in my groin.it gets worse if i cough or sneeze. the drs seem to think its nothing but i looked on my sheet and i dont think they did a pregnancy test. they took blood and urine. advice?
